Woo hoo! My energy level has stayed up for the most part. I’ve had a couple drowsy moments but only after laying there for a bit. I don’t feel overly alert at the moment, but it’s getting close to bed time, so I expect that. I think my body is adjusting to the constant bed time.
Is it possible that I’m getting too much sleep? I mean, I’m a bit more alert but if I’m still tired, maybe it’s a sign that I’m getting too much rest. Oh well, enough of my banter, here’s an energy level update!

Popped out of bed fine this morning. Energy level is a bit up, and overall I feel decent. I feel more alert, but I also feel that I could lay down and go to sleep within a few minutes… Weird, actually.

A bit late this morning (3:30pm… woops), but I’m here. I slept worth crap last night, and I was tired as all hell earlier. I’ve been sore most of the day. Right now I’m pretty awake and alert. The problem is my kitten messing with me all night. It’s hard to sleep with a kitten laying across your neck.

Energy level is doin alright. Dinner was more chicken, and I’m getting really sick of water. All in all, so far, totally not worth it. I was living semi healthy before, and its not much different from where I feel I’m at now. I still think I need to get a handle on my sleep though. I do get out of bed with a bit more energy.
