Well, so far I’m impressed. The information is just the stuff you care about. The Spy is pretty neat to, as you can see who is doing what on your site as it happens. The only drawback so far is that there are no basic stats (Visitors, Vistor Actions) on the main stats page that shows all of your sites.

More to come, as I get more accustomed to this tool.

Giving Clicky a try

June 9th @ 9:46 pm  -  Site Reviews  -  0 Comments

So, I haven’t been able to find a decent friggin’ stats program that doesn’t bog down my sites’ loading times. I’ve tried google analytics and statcounter. I like statcounter, but the interface is kind of lame. I gave Mint a shot, but it’s just… lacking.

I’m going to be giving clicky a try. It’s not hosted on my servers, which means I’ll probably be introducing some lag to my loading times, but Dreamhost’s built in stats app is crap, and mint just seems to cost too much.

I’ll report back when I’ve gathered some traffic and can offer a basis for comparison. ;)
